Meeting and Conference Guidlines
In order to be eligible for RIVR support, a meeting must have a documented research, education, or business purpose in support of RIVR activities. The Meeting and Conference Guidelines include RIVR policies and procedures for meeting expenditures not included in travel reimbursements. The following forms may be required:

A fully executed Education Event Request Form is required prior to providing any educational activity such as conferences, workshops, honoraria/awards, and speaker/seminar series.

An Expenditure Request Form is required for all reimbursement requests associated with research-related meetings.
